The linked sites are not under the control of FASER, and FASER is not responsible for the content of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site. FASER provides these links only as a convenience, and the inclusion of a link or reference does not imply the endorsement of the linked site by FASER.

If this Site contains bulletin boards, chat rooms, access to mailing lists or other message or communication facilities (collectively, "Forums"), the User agrees to use the Forums only to send and receive messages and materials that are proper and related to the particular Forum.

In order to access certain portions and features of the Site, you may have to create a “username” and complete an account registration process. If you do so, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Site's registration forms. You also agree to update your account information in a prompt manner in order to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. (b) Publish, post, distribute or disseminate any defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful material or information;
(c) Upload or attach files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws (or by rights of privacy and publicity) unless the User owns or controls the rights thereto or has received all consents therefor as may be required by law;
(d) Upload or attach files that contain viruses, corrupted files or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer;
(e) Delete any author attributions, legal notices or proprietary designations or labels in any file that is uploaded;
(f) Falsify the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded;
(g) Advertise or offer to sell any goods or services, or conduct or forward surveys, contests or chain letters, or download any file posted by another user of a Forum that the User knows, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner.

The User acknowledges that all Forums and discussion groups are public and not private communications. Further, the User acknowledges that chats, postings, conferences, e-mails and other communications by other Users are not endorsed by FASER, and that such communications shall not be considered to have been reviewed, screened or approved by FASER. FASER reserves the right to remove, for any reason and without notice, any content of the Forums received from Users, including, without limitation, e-mail and bulletin board postings.

FASER Application Programming Interfaces (“APIs”) are tools that allow you to retrieve and use certain Materials. FASER APIs enable retrieval of various Materials, grouped generally into calls to retrieve Materials found on the Site. For use of the APIs in connection with some of the Materials (such as Datasets listed in FASER), FASER has specific terms of use, all of which are hereby incorporated by reference. Those specific terms of use are available on the pages through which the relevant Materials are accessible. For use of the APIs in connection with other Materials, you may use the APIs to facilitate non-commercial uses of the Materials, but you may not use the APIs to facilitate commercial uses of the Materials, including without limitation reselling them, charging to access them, charging to redistribute them, or charging to create derivative works based on them. FASER may release updated versions of the APIs at its sole discretion. New versions may not be compatible with previous implementations, and you agree to use the most recently updated version. You agree not to modify, distribute, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any portion of the APIs or any software of FASER. You may not use the APIs in a manner that exceeds reasonable request volume or constitutes excessive or abusive usage, as determined by FASER at its sole discretion. You may not use the APIs in a manner that is unlawful or that harms FASER, its service providers, its content providers, or any other person, as determined by FASER at its sole discretion. FASER may monitor your use of the APIs. You may not use any technical means to interfere with such monitoring, and we may use technical means to overcome any such interference. You agree not to facilitate access to Materials by using our APIs without entering into binding agreements with users of the Materials which limit use of the Materials in a manner that is consistent with these Terms and Conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, FASER and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. Subject to the license below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved. You must not:
